In sealing this envelope, you are attesting to have read and followed the subsequent instructions and confirm that this package does not contain any unauthorized or unaccepted material.

Thank you for choosing the American Security Environmental Return System to safely dispose of your unneeded medications in an environmentally friendly way. Disposing prescription and over-the-counter medications responsibly is a great way to better your community and protect the Earth.

The Instructions for Use in English and Spanish are found inside Every Envelope

Instructions:

1. Place unused, legally possessed, medication into the provided envelope (if liquid, only dispose up to 3.38 fl. oz in tightly sealed original container placed into a sealed plastic bag). Remove any personal identifiable information if desired.
2. Seal the envelope carefully to ensure secure transport. Do not fill over the “Do not overfill” wording.
3. Mail sealed envelope at a U.S. Post Office, or a USPS drop box.

Please Note:

• This envelope may only be mailed within the customs territory of the United States (the 50 states, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico).
• This envelope is only intended for disposal of medications. This would include over-the-counter and prescription medications (including controlled substances in DEA Schedules II-V.)
• Only official American Security Environmental Return System envelopes will be accepted for destruction.
• You must be legally entitled to possess the medication (if prescription medication, the prescription holder or lawful descendant) to dispose of it.
• This envelope is not for disposal of Schedule I controlled substances, ‘sharps’ (syringes, needles, etc..), medical waste, trash, batteries, aerosol spray cans, flammable and/or radioactive materials.
• Ultimate users (the people the medication is prescribed to), or their legal descendants may dispose of controlled substances.
• Do not bring this envelope to a pharmacy.

Sistema de Retorno Ambiental de Seguridad Americana

Al sellar este sobre, usted esta atestiguando haber leido y seguido las instrucciones subsecuentes y confirmar que este paquete no contiene ningan material no autorizado o no aceptado.

Gracias par elegir el sistema de retorno medioambiental de American Security para deshacerse con seguridad de sus medicamentos innecesarios de una manera respetuosa con el medio ambiente para mejorar su comunidad y proteger la tierra.Instrucciones:

1. Coloque la medicación sin usar, legalmente poseída, en el sobre provisto (si es líquido, sólo disponga hasta 3.38 onzas líquidas en un recipiente original herméticamente sellado colocado en una bolsa de plástico sellada). Si lo desea, elimine cualquier información personal identificable.
2. Selle el sobre con cuidado para asegurar un transporte seguro. No llene el texto “no llene demasiado”.
3. Correo sellado en una oficina de correos de EE.UU., o una caja de entrega de USPS.

Tenga en cuenta:

• Este sobre sólo puede ser enviado en el territorio aduanero de los Estados Unidos (los 50 Estados, Distrito de Colombia y Puerto Rico).
• Este sobre está destinado únicamente para la eliminación de medicamentos, incluidos los de venta libre y los recetados (incluidas las sustancias controladas de las Listas II a V de la DEA).
• Sólo los sobres oficiales del sistema de retorno ambiental de seguridad americana serán aceptados para destrucción.
• Usted debe tener derecho legalmente a poseer el medicamento (si el medicamento recetado, el titular de la prescripción o el descendiente legal) para deshacerse de él.
• Este sobre no es para la eliminación de la lista I sustancias controladas, ‘objetos punzocortantes’ (jeringas, agujas, etc.), desechos médicos, basura, baterías, aerosoles, materiales inflamables y/o radioactivos.
• Los usuarios finales (las personas a las que se prescribe la medicación) o sus descendientes legales pueden disponer de sustancias controladas.
• No lleve este sobre a una farmacia.
